Because we process orders very quickly, the window to edit your shipping address is very small. Please email us customerservice@solettebeauty.co ASAP. Please put your order # and “change shipping address” in the subject of the email so we can try to catch your order before it ships.

At this current time we do not offer gift wrapping. However, all of our orders get shipped in beautiful boxes with attention to wrapping so it will feel like a gift for your recipient. We also provide a section on the checkout page for you to leave a gift message.
At this time, we are only able to add one gift message per order.
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days excluding weekends and holidays. If you have selected expedited shipping, your order will be shipped the same day if it was placed before 12PM EST.
Every once in a while, a package will be marked as delivered 24-48 hours in advance by the mail carrier. Please make sure to check all locations: front and back doors, porches, side doors, garage areas, and with your neighbors. If after 48 hours of receiving the notification you still do not have your package please email customerservice@solettebeauty.com
and we will assist you.
As of right now, we are only able to accept one shipping address per order. If you need items to ship to different addresses, it would be best to place them as separate orders.
At this current time we are only shipping to the United States. We are working to expand internationally within the next few months.
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges.

YES we do! You can sign up for free for our loyalty program where you will earn points on each purchase. Once you reach a certain amount of points you will get a coupon for $ off. You can sign up via the icon on the bottom left of our website.
Discount codes can be entered in the Coupon Code field in your shopping bag. Please note that only one discount code can be applied per order.
