What if I forget to enter a discount code at checkout?

No worries! If this happens to you please reach out to customerservice@solettebeauty.com
with your order number and discount code so we can adjust the order for you.

How do I edit or cancel my order?

Please note that we process orders very quickly once placed so the window to edit or cancel is very small. If you need to modify or cancel your order please email customerservice@solettebeauty.com ASAP and we will try to help you with your request.

How do I edit the shipping address of my order?

Because we process orders very quickly, the window to edit your shipping address is very small. Please email us customerservice@solettebeauty.co ASAP. Please put your order # and “change shipping address” in the subject of the email so we can try to catch your order before it ships.

We try to make shopping as convenient as possible so we offer a variety of payment methods including:

Do You Offer Gift Wrapping?

At this current time we do not offer gift wrapping. However, all of our orders get shipped in beautiful boxes with attention to wrapping so it will feel like a gift for your recipient. We also provide a section on the checkout page for you to leave a gift message.

I am purchasing several gifts on the same order. Can I add multiple gift messages? 

At this time, we are only able to add one gift message per order.

Shipping + Delivery

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days excluding weekends and holidays. If you have selected expedited shipping, your order will be shipped the same day if it was placed before 12PM EST.

My order was marked delivered but I can’t find it. What should I do?

Every once in a while, a package will be marked as delivered 24-48 hours in advance by the mail carrier. Please make sure to check all locations: front and back doors, porches, side doors, garage areas, and with your neighbors. If after 48 hours of receiving the notification you still do not have your package please email customerservice@solettebeauty.com
and we will assist you.

I am ordering items that need to be shipped to different addresses. How do I do that? 

As of right now, we are only able to accept one shipping address per order. If you need items to ship to different addresses, it would be best to place them as separate orders.

Do you ship internationally?

At this current time we are only shipping to the United States. We are working to expand internationally within the next few months.

Returns + Damages

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges.

What if I receive a damaged item?

We hope this does not happen, and we do apologize if you receive a damaged item. Please contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery so we may help resolve this! customerservice@solettebeauty.com

Discounts + Rewards

Do you have a rewards or loyalty program?

YES we do! You can sign up for free for our loyalty program where you will earn points on each purchase. Once you reach a certain amount of points you will get a coupon for $ off. You can sign up via the icon on the bottom left of our website.

I have a discount code. How do I add that to my order? 

Discount codes can be entered in the Coupon Code field in your shopping bag. Please note that only one discount code can be applied per order.

Can I use more than one discount code for the same order?

We only allow one discount code to be used per order.
